What we collect

We collect the name, company, company website, country, email and optional WhatsApp number you provide; buyer type, product, finish, application, specification, quantity and requirement details; language, submission page and campaign parameters. A day-scoped salted hash supports abuse prevention. We do not save the raw IP address or files selected in the current form.

Why and where we use it

We use these details to review and reply to Sample, Quote and other B2B business inquiries. Inquiry records are stored in the private Novira Cloudflare D1 database; they are not published as public information.

Retention

Ordinary inquiries are kept for 24 months from submission, then may be deleted or anonymized after review. Records converted into orders, contracts or financial records follow a separate business-record process and are excluded from ordinary inquiry cleanup.

Access and requests

Only the Novira Website Administrator or an Authorized Sales Administrator may query, export or delete inquiry records. To request access, an export, correction or deletion, contact Novira through the WhatsApp link below and provide your inquiry ID or contact email. We verify the requester before disclosing or changing a record.

Analytics separation

Anonymous website analytics, if introduced, are kept separate from inquiry customer records. Inquiry names, contact details and requirements are not used as anonymous analytics events.

Request access, export, correction or deletion

Keep your inquiry ID. An authorized administrator will review the request after verifying your identity.
